If your country is not listed, feel free to contact our customer service team. We’ll help confirm whether our Europe warehouse can ship to your location.


🚚 Shipping to the U.S. & Canada

Most orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouses for fast and reliable delivery.

Delivery Time

5–10 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all U.S. and Canada orders.

Occasional Restocking Delays

During high-demand seasons, certain items may briefly go out of stock.
If this happens:

  • We may source items directly from our factory in China.

  • Products will be shipped via sea freight to our U.S. warehouse.

  • Final delivery is completed by local carriers.

To serve more customers with faster delivery, we have added a new Europe warehouse in December 2025. This allows us to ship directly to major European countries with free shipping and improved processing times.
