At Mojocandy, we believe buying a mattress should feel safe, transparent, and pressure-free. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make things right—clearly and fairly.


No Subscriptions & No Hidden Fees

We want to be very clear:

  • Mojocandy does not require any subscriptions to place an order

  • We never enroll customers in paid memberships or recurring services

  • The price you see at checkout is the price you pay

  • No post-purchase charges, add-ons, or automatic renewals

Your payment is collected once, only for the product you choose.


Important Return Notice

⚠️ Please contact our customer service team before returning any item.
Do not send items to the shipping address shown on your package.

Returns sent without authorization or to the wrong warehouse cannot be accepted.

1. Exchanges

Exchanges are available if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • All tags and accessories must be included

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and ship your replacement after the original item is received.


2. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and materials must be included

  • Custom items and products marked Final Sale are not eligible

Return costs:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • No restocking fees for standard returns that meet conditions


How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@mojocandy.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

  2. Receive the authorized return warehouse address

  3. Ship the item following our instructions

  4. After inspection, we process your refund or exchange


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal)

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed

Shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment with no penalty

  • If already shipped, the order must follow the standard return process
