At Mojocandy, we want you to shop with confidence and enjoy a worry-free mattress experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
⚠️ Important: Please contact our customer service team to get the correct return warehouse address. Do not send items directly to the shipping address listed on your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
1. Exchange

Exchanges are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

After approval, we’ll provide instructions and ship your replacement once we receive the original item.
2. Return

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging materials.

Special/custom orders and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

No restocking fees will apply for standard returns in original condition.
How to Start a Return

Contact our customer service team at mojocandyservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive the authorized return warehouse address from our team.

Ship the item back following the provided instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
